I'm having, rather annoying, issues with the xperia themes.
Basically, all I want to do is change the main colour theme. A.K.A, for example, the colours in the settings menu.
It's always white with black writing, and apart from not liking it, I find it actually hurts my eyes in the evening.
I've tried various xperia themes, but they never ever change that colour. All they do is change the background, and I can do that by myself. I've found one called Black PRO, and according to the screenshot, it should change that scheme, but it doesn't. And I can't understand why. It shouldn't be hard. It seems the phone is obsessed with staying on white.
I don't mean all the other colours..I can do most with different launchers, or alternative apps etc. But the phone's main skin is always the same.
I've payed for a lot of the themes I've tried, and though it hasn't made me bankrupt, I would still like to be able to use them to their full extent.
It seems that rooting the phone is the only option, and that's just do do a simple colour switch.
Does anyone know if there's anything I'm doing wrong? Is there an extra option somewhere that I have to tick to let themes do this? It's weird, because every other phone I've used has allowed this simple switch.
Or is i just the SP that doesn't like having it's colour scheme switched?
