Xperia X2 not detected by PC via USB cable

hi all.

i've tried many times of connecting my X2 to my laptop via the cable provided, but the hp was never recognized. any way at all for me to counter this problem? it'll be a great help so that i could update & personalize my X2.

p/s: tried bluetooth as well, but didnt work either. any tips @ tricks will be highly appreciated. Thank You.

For your Hp PC to reconize and sync with your X2, you need to download "Windows mobile device center" from the X2 support site.
