I've been using my xperia z for almost 2 years. I dont usually let the battery drain to 0 but I did two times in a row for the last two days. Now my phone won't charge.
Like, if i connect it to the wall charger it will only charge until 58% even though the led light is on and i see the little lightning bolt which symbolizes that it charges. However, after 58% even if i let my phone plugged all night, it won't charge until 100.
Then i unplug it then turn on the airplane mode, and it charges until about 70%. Then it stops again so I unplug my phone again, and connect it to my powerbank, which is also a sony product, then it charges about 90%.
Anyone has an idea why this happens or how to stop it?
