I had given my Xperia Z2 for repairs at the service center(job no. W115012002438). I am staying in Chennai, India and my phone had falled off my table and there was a crack on the screen, so I had given the phone to get the touch screen replaced, display was working fine then.
I had given my phone on Jan 20,2015 and till date, I get no calls or no update regarding it from the service center. Rather I haveto call them every day and they keep saying the fone parts are to be ordered from Sweden so its getting delayed.
This has become so frustrating, added to the fact that I gave a complaint by calling on the toll free sony number, which again resulted in no reply and also mailed at [email protected], with no reply from them what so ever.
I am at my wits end, sometimes it feels like I wont be getting my phone back ever. How can they take a month to replace a scree, is beyond my scope of thinking. I really have no idea what to do now.
