Xperia Z2 - status bar slides during call

Greetings, I bought new Xperia Z2 and have a problem:

during the phone call when I pick up the phone (screen turns off) most of the times after finishing the call the status bar is slid down, or some options have changed. Probably I am doing this with my ear ;). Is there any option to lock status bar during call or to mess with light sensor in front camera?

Can you check if the same occurs in safe mode?

Hello, thanks for the reply - the safe boot does not help. 

I do this probaly by touching the top of screen by my ear. Then the status bar slides down (expands).

Is there a possibility to make the status bar slide only after sliding it with fingers, not tapping the top of screen?

Sorry,it seems on Z2 and Z3 it is more sensitive. You should wait for 5.0 and maybe that will please you more.

Is there option to disable the one tap status bar?

As I remember it, @Rickard said it is not. But he might confirm it.

There's no setting for it i'm afraid.

But in Android 5.0 you need to tap it twice and not once so that may perhaps help.
