For the past week I cannot make calls when the phone is on LTE. It looks like it's dialing but the phone never connects and eventually it disconnects. I can receive calls but they go straight to voicemail. In order to make a call I have to manually switch to GSM. I have not installed any new apps. I have Android 9. There was a system update in the last couple weeks but I'm not sure which date. I'm not sure if this is related to the problem. My phone service is Metro PCS. I have not had a problem with making or receiving calls before this week. I did a factory reset but this did not fix the problem. Metro thinks the problem is with Sony and Sony thinks the problem is with Metro. This is very frustrating.
