So I'd strongly advise that you get in contact with your Local support and discuss the issue with them, as they are well-informed about your region's available products more than us on this global, user-based forum.

EDIT: looking at your local Sonymobile.com page, I can't see the XZ2 Premium on the list of phones even with a "coming soon" tag. That might indicate that it will not be released in Brasil.
