Navigation bar not hiding when watching movie

anyone experience when watching movies on fb the navigation bar doesn't go away and also noticed that the home button in landscape mode is off centre.  Attached picture for reference. Running on build number: 52.0.A.3.94. Android 9 (Pie)

it's the fb app in the phone. The navigation bar won't go away no matter what.

The nav is alway on when I'm watching different videos on the chrome. On Android 8 that never happen, after a certain time navigation bar disappear, but that not happen on pie unfortunately and I don't want to install different apps in order to get rid of this issue, so it would nice if the new update will fix this problem. Thanks
