Need Help!

Hello! Sir or Madam 

         My name is Tunchanok. I had a large problems from Sony Company in Thailand. I bought Sony mobile phone (Sony Xperia XZ Preminm (G8142)- Luminous ) three months ago from a shopping mall and they have guarantee one year. 

        I used only two month and my phone shut down cannot use anymore and I bring them to Sony Centre at Loxleyshop in Thailand. 

        They checking from Sony Company in Thailand and told me that I need to pay for all repair because your phone not guarantee even your buy only two months I check my status from the shopping mall that I bought they try to help me but still Sony Thailand say no you need to pay. 

     Nobody in this world buy mobile phone from Sony Company or Centre just for buy a new phone only one. And asking that my phone still guarantee?

    Not fair for me I keep calling to Sony Centre and shop for check my phone still the same if I use for one year I not a complain anything but I use only two month. I need your explain why? Why?

I have all paper to show you and you can proof any time.

As @diogosimoes4321 wrote, this is a Global user based forum and we can't assist with service cases here as they are always handled on a local level, due to service routines, warranty terms and so forth are different between markets.

If the seller provided you with a one year warranty, have you tried contacting them directly and see if they can help you? I would also recommend that you reach out to your Local Support Team so they can provide you with information as to why the warranty is not valid.
