No notification sounds

Got Sony Xperia xz3 14 days ago. When in the house all sounds work as they should. Away from the house I don't get any sounds on phone apart from call sound if phone rings. All volumes are up and phone is NOT on silent. This also happened on my old Xperia xz5 compact after having the phone over a year or so. Any1 know how to fix plz 😢

Try using the phone in safe mode. If the issue doesn't happen while in safe mode then it is a third party app that is causing it, you just need to find out which one.

Thanks for advice  Managed to sort it. It was Bluetooth on connected to car audio. It muted all notifications apart from ring tone. 👍👍
