Did you try the steps described in the troubleshooting section of the XZ3 help pages?
Try the steps described in WiFi keeps dropping (wifi se déconnecte sans arret) and tell us if it helped you to solve your problem.
Oh and restart your router as well.
There are more tips when this doesn't resolve your problem.
