The phone should still charge, even though you can't see it because the software flash failed. The phone is now without operating system.

I'd try the following steps:

1. Plug in the original Sony charger and charge your phone for 2 hours

2. Use your PC and start the Sony Xperia Companion (you can download it here: https://support.sonymobile.com/at/xperia-companion/ ).

There is an option to "repair the software". Use this and follow the steps.

All your data on the phone will be lost, mind you.

I had already tried everything but only then does not re-started again and again and it is not loaded with the sony program, he does not recognize the mobile phone he recognizes it only in fastboot menu

There is a checkbox you must tick in the software repair menu. With it the program tries a different approach to recognize the phone. I've resurrected two Xperias with a failed flash by doing this.

I have trouble understanding your english, so I'm really not sure what the phone is doing or not doing.

But I can assure you that if Xperia Companion cannot repair your phone so that it boots up then you should get in contact with your local Sony support. It might be a hardware defect then.
