Earphones, Yes you'll like this

Brilliant....

Got the Xperia 1 yesterday, opened up the box, phone, charger and earphones.

However................

The earphones have a jack plug and no USB C convertor and im sitting there thinking what a ""£%$^% waste of time...

Absolutely cant make this up....

My phone came with the usb-c adapter for the buds. It should have been included.

That sounds strange indeed, but it's also very hard for me to answer if this is the intended box content or not since the box content can differ between both markets and retailers.

I only have the listed box content for the Nordic countries as that is the market where I'm situated and here the adapter is included (no earphones though).

You can check with the Local support team in your market and they should be able to inform you about the standard box content, but since it can be different depending on the retailer, it may be better if you contact them directly.

I can also see that @Viridis offered to send you one if you are in the UK, but I would still recommend checking with the retailer and see if it should be included or not.

@augie7107, that's very good to hear and as far as I know, it should be included.

@Hana88, I'm glad to hear that and I think so as well, or that it was a returned the device from another customer and that is why the adapter is not in the box.

@Viridis, that is very kind of you and I do really hope the user is from the UK!
