Does the screen go black but the device is still working, or the device switches off completely ?

The device launches up to the Xperia logo, the screen turns white for a second and goes to sleep, but the device is on

Pressing the power button does not turn on the screen , When I connect the phone to the computer, it recognizes the phone, I turn off the phone with high volume and power button after three vibrations, please help me, I am currently in Iran and to Sony Mobile dealers

I assume it's a hardware issue then, try reaching out to the Sony reps directly from here, the phone might needs to be repaired by their technicians.

I am afraid that if you bought the device from UK, you will need to repair it in the UK as well.
