Could you possibly elaborate your question a bit? For example, is it the Gmail app that is malfunctioning or is it he app called Email? In what way is the app not working, do you receive any kind of error message while using the app or are you not able to receive/send Emails?

I see, and could you possibly elaborate a bit as to what is happening when you try to use the Email app? For example, are you not able to log in, do you receive any kind of error message in the app, are you not able to synchronize the Email?

That is somewhat true, @Yekollu. The Sony Email app is not supported in Xperia 5 and onward, The Email app is still available in devices before Xperia 5 and will continue to work just fine. For example, this user is asking about the application in his Xperia 10, where the application is available.
