Problem with front photocamera

Od jakiegoś czasu nie mogę przełączyć kamery aparatu na przednia. Aparat przełącza się tylko między tylnimi. Wcześniej ten problem nie występował. Reswtowanie ustawień aparatu nic nie dało... Podczas testów przedni aparat nie pokazuje obrazu, jest czarny ekran... Jakiś pomysł by to naprawić? 

I have not been able to switch the camera to the front camera for some time. The camera switches only between the rear ones. This problem has not occurred before. Resetting the camera settings did nothing ... During the tests, the front camera does not show the image, there is a black screen ... Any idea to fix it? - GT

Hi @Gus_WB, let me see if I can help out here.

Have you tried rebooting your phone in safe mode to see if you are able to switch to the front camera there? All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode and by doing this, you can see if this behaviour is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.

If the camera behaves the same way in safe mode, I would suggest that you try to repair the software using a computer and Xperia Companion. Keep in mind though that a software repair will erase all user data from the phone, so make sure to do a backup of your user data before the repair. 

If none of these measures manages to improve the functionality of the front camera, I believe that the best thing to do is to get in contact with your local support team in order to have the phone sent to an authorized service center. If you have any questions regarding the service such as service routines, warranty and consumer laws, these kind of questions are best answered by your local support team as well.
