hi, i have Xperia 10 plus, i forgot my password and want to reset, but when ever i connect it says (please charge you device before continuing.....) but my device is charging about 90%. i have tried to open software with compatibilty of windows 7 still same. did with power and volume up but same result. Need Solution how can i reset my device. Thanks
