i am having problems with the sonycash back, i have entered the right details and photo of my serial number, involve and i keep getting an error sign saying invalid postcode or postcode should not be more than 7 characters. my postcode is only 6 characters.
i feel sony is just making it difficult for people to claim or is this a scam ?

Some members have had a few glitches in the process now and again
but have usually managed to get it sorted out.
Give Sony Support a ring on +44 (0) 2073652810
and they can advise further.

i have called sony on that number 3 times today, cant be bothered again, now i believe the customers service is poor. fix the error

The support told me to recommend you to try it on a Windows PC and use a browser of your choice.
