43XF7073 stops after ads in catchup

My Tv plays to the first advert then to next but fails to start the program after this during play back/catch up. Any suggestions?

Many thanks for your response. I have already got the up to date software but there's still a problem. I used itv hub on my average phone where it works well.

Try re running initial setup (skip the tuning) and accept all sony and youview terms and conditions)
