Adjusting screen aspect ratio

Hi dose anyone know why when i click on any of the screen settings such as display area or screen app (all the screen settings not picture setting) it just comes up feature not available

What mode are you watching when this happens, e.g. YouView, Freeview, Satellite, some other input, an app?

The Settings might work in another mode (though this is scant comfort if the problem is with the picture in the mode you are watching, of course).
