How do I disable this

Hello Hannah,

 

For my KD-55AF9,  the software version: PKG6.5076.0635EUA

When I go to ‘system update’ it says I am up to date.

Hi again.  Did some digging after the solutions elsewhere didn’t work for me.

 

My problem has been solved (fingers crossed). For me the issue was from the Sky/Now router.

 

I split the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands by turning off synchronised tab, renamed them and disabled IPv6 on LAN side.

I’ve spoken to the Sky technician and he thinks that it is a router issue-they are sending me a newer model. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

Sky replaced my broadband with  Superfast Fibre (100 mB), AF9 still showing ‘ tv not connected to the internet’ pop up banner.

Even when I enable WiFi in the settings, when I click ‘ok-connected ’ , ‘Internet Settings-Internet not connected’ shows up. 

How do I get Sony to help resolve this ?
