Sony Bravia TV don’t know the model but around 18 months old. Mounted on wall so can’t get to model number.
None of my i players work. I thought it was internet but all checked and fine. Get the message ‘error has occurred, please try later’. Can anyone help please?
If it’s still broken you need to add some info to get help:
iPlayers with an “s”?
Do you have a BBC ID? (Try to watch an iPlayer video on your phone or computer)
Are you logged in?
Have you tried the whole: turn it off and on again, uninstall and reinstall the app?

There is no need to get it off the wall to find the model number. Simply hit HELP on your remote. The model number (it starts with KD) can be found top right. Perhaps the software version while you are there may help as well.
