Hi does anyone know whether this model from 2018 uses active or passive 3D? It’s not mentioned anywhere in the manual. Thank

I hate to disappoint you, but it will start off like that on any TV, as per step 1, below.
But skipping step 2, unless you already have some 3D glasses, move to step 3.
Does your remote have such a button?
If it does, does it do anything?
To access 3D mode on the TV:
- Play some Sky 3D content and check the side-by-side image is on screen.
- Put on the 3D glasses.
- Press the 3D button on the TV remote (not the Sky remote).
- The picture will now be in 3D. If this did not work, you may need to contact your TV manufacturer.

Just because when I watch a sky 3D channel a left and right picture appears on the TV.
