It most probably depends on from which region in the world the TV comes from... But then again it is hard to get to that information without trying it out. I don't think that Sony's technical support knows this as they usually know nothing at all...

the Tv comes from the UK
http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/KD-49X8305C
i didn't found any info about it in the support web
the problem is that customs insist that i will give them the frequency range.
how can i find it? there is no way to know this?

5GHz spectrum in the UK is 5150-5850MHz. But I don't know what the Sony HW and FW allow. Should be the same for all European models. I know that with some older FW, I could only reliably connect via U-NII-1 frequencies. I once tested how far I can go with the most recent FW. But I don't remember. I think all the way up to 5850MHz.

Hi there @shaytola
Going to http://www.wi-fi.org/ and searching for your model TV gives the certifications required. Please see the attached PDF document.
Other than that - I find this a rather unusual request by customs - Sony TVs comply by the required industry specifications.
Cheers
