Frosting on tv 2 yrs old model kid-49x8309c. Phoned Sony support with pics and proof of receipt .still under 5yr warranty . Been told 2-3working days to get an engineer out to replace tv with an. Other bad customer services anyone else had this bad practice with sony . Being run up to Xmas bit apprehensive whether it will be sorted this side of Xmas
