I made a post yesterday about my TV being stuck at 100% volume after a firmware update yet I did the factory reset and although it isn't at full volume (Roughly about 30/40) it still won't change. Even when I mute the TV sound still gets through, there also seems to be an issue where there is no sound at all from the TV in the apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime or Youtube. Anyone got suggestions cause I'm confused and annoyed.

If the reset did not resolve the issue I would recommend getting in touch with the Sony Support team here who will be best to advise you further on this.
