Hi Drew,

Welcome to the community.

I'm just going to try to find some answers for you. In the meantime though, maybe someone else in the community might have some ideas?

Thanks,

Pascale

Hi Drew,

That's disconcerting! Do you experience this on a certain disc? Also, have you tried refreshing the TV by unplugging the external devices and the power cord for at least 1 minute?

Thanks,

Mustafa

Hello and thanks for replying, the issue with picture-blanking is with any 3D. disc. While the picture is blank the sound carries on as normal. After about 30-45 seconds, the picture returns and 3D.is fine again. It varies but it can happen about 4-5 times during a movie.          Andrew (UK).

Hi Andrew,

Have you tried performing soft reset to the TV using the steps here: https://bit.ly/2DVxVVV? Also, this may be due to the software version being outdated. Can you make sure that the software of the TV is up to date as explained here: https://bit.ly/2Tvp1D3?

Cheers,
