Hi @Karwan_8500 I don’t really understand your question, but it sounds like you would like to exchange your TV for another one but you don’t have the receipt? I would have thought that the chances are zero unless you can prove that you are the legal owner and saying that it is a gift is certainly not good enough. However nobody here can help you as this is a user community (not Sony). Just to let you know, the KD-55XG7003 is not an Android TV. It is a Linux TV.
Hello @Karwan_8500,
probably the best thing would be to bite the bullet and let the person who gifted you the TV that you don't need it and they should bring it back to the store and gift you the money it cost instead.
Sony can't simply exchange the TV for you.

Or you could ask the giver for the receipt, explaining that you need the details for the warranty, and then go back to the store that supplied it, with the receipt, and ask to pay the difference to trade up; as the box is unopened this shouldn't present any problems.
