Hi, my KD75XD9405 collapsed in result of installing the latest (Nov 07, 2016) firmware update (3.533). Cannot restart, no way to switch on, nothing but black screen. Any suggestions?

Do you have the TV connected to a surge protector? If so, plug it into the wall socket instead and test. If not, unplug for 2 minutes and try again.
Is there any lights coming on, on the TV?
