Can anyone help? My Husband recently performed a factory reset on our TV (don't know why and getting angry just thinking about it!) and now we can't set up the digital channels or use Netflix or YouTube. It's not our aeriel or internet connection as I have tried these on another TV and they work fine. I have tried to perform a auto set up several times but it just won't pick up the aeriel, it says 'no signal'. Plus it's not asking the same questions as the first time I set it up after buying it. The internet connection is working but Netflix and YouTube won't work, I assume because the apps aren't being displayed. I managed to upload the latest software download using a USB but that didn't do anything either. Assume the TV is sold in the shops with a certain amount of software on it and now we have lost it 😞 does it need to be sent back or is there something we can do? Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi @HannahC62. Sorry I know this doesn’t help, but you have asked your question in the Android TV forum and your TV is not Android. The quickest solution is to call Sony Support for your region.
Whoops! No that's great, thanks. Will do.
