None of the buttons work on the handset (only Google assistant). Batteries are ok.
I've followed the troubleshooting and nothing has worked. I have Sky Q so that handset works but not the volume button. Its only 14 months old.
Any clues? Or, how do you manually reset TV (not from handset).

Its KD-55XF9005.
They sent a new handset and that hasn't worked, so a service engineer is coming out to try and fix it. I can watch Sky through the HDMI output, but thats all. And no volume control (remotely).
I have a 5 yr warranty, so hopefully they can resolve at no extra cost.

I think it's the IR sensor on the TV that stopped working since a repair was arranged.
You can try downloading the sideview app to control the TV until it's fixed.
