Sony 55 Inch KD55XG7073SU And ITV hub

I am trying to watch ITV HUB and ALL 4 but it lets me watch a program up until the adverts then I get a black screen and Tv won’t respond. The apps work fine on all the other TVs in the house so I know it’s not an internet connection thing.

any ideas?
