DSC W55

I have a DSC W55 cybershot camera, the flash wont work anymore even though it shows the flash symbol on the back on the screen.  Anyone have any ideas?

Hi tinkywinky

Assuming you are not shooting in brilliant sunshine (i guess you wouldnt need a flash if you where) and the camera is choosing not to use flash (only in auto mode) then I would say that there is possiby a fault with the flash.

A local retailer/Sony Centre might be able to confirm if this is the case.  If it is, then below link might be of use, as it is for our own repair service based in Pencoed.
