I updated my Xperia duo android 4.1.1 JB and he was very slow as I do to go back to the original OS ?

Unfortunately you can not go back to previous version. I recommend you to do a repair of the phone software via Sony PC Companion if the phone is slow:

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Try to root your device first, it's safe and you can go back to original by doing repair with PC Companion. With root privileges, you can freeze unuseful stuff. Install System Tuner for example, you can decide which services start at boot !

Hello, I have same concern, I want to downgrade because some programs are not working fine with the new version. U mean if I repair using sony PC companion the old android version will be installed again

No u cananot go back to the old software if u repair it with the sony pc companion or Sony update service. Repairing may fix the lagy performance, i said it MIGHT be helpful in that just.
