Hi it sounds like something has gone wrong accessing its software or a file on the reader, have you tried a soft reset, if so maybe a hard reset will resolve the problem, please see instructions below. if this does not resolve your issue it will require service attention.
- 1.Push reset
- 2.Slide the power switch
- 3.Hold "direction down" button and "0" button down for ~30sec when device is starting up
