Has anyone else had problems uploading images of proof of purchase etc, for cashback.
I’m a professional photographer, so l know what I’m doing regarding file requirements etc.
The cashback site will just not accept them.

Having bought in May and informed that I had to wait 30days for cashback. Went on holiday used camera fine. I am now unable to get through the website to claim cashback "Ooops sorry " problem and not getting anywhere through customer services.
