Home Screen is no longer displaying BBC iPlayer or ITV X

Home Screen is just showing Netflix and Amazon programs previews under the app lists

Any ideas?

Hey, did you try unplugging your TV from the mains while disconnecting all external devices for at least 2 minutes, and test?

I'd also recommend that you check if your TV software is up-to-date, along with all the preinstalled apps in the Google Play Store.
