@rolandscriven

I wish all the question here were so easy!

To create a new post is simple enough, just click on the button at the top or the bottom of the message listing page where it says 'New TOPIC'.

Obviously if your post is about something specific for example a question about Blu-ray players, firstly make sure you're in the correct forum i.e. HOME CINEMA, PROJECTORS & PLAYERS. You can find each forum by clicking the drop down arrows top right of each page where it says 'Go to...'

Welcome to the community!

The User Manual is your friend..., seek forth and ye shall find answers. Can't find any? Join the club, we have all the answers here, occasionally they're even right! Dr.Slinky McVelvet - Inventor of the word 'Mellifluous' - 30.12.14

Hi and Welcome.

Starting from the forum main landing page click on the section that your question relates to.

Before creating a new question you can if you wish type in key words relating to your question into the box next to the left of the blue ask now button which is situated towards the top of the page, this will search the community for topics that are related to your problem.

Alternatively, or if you do not find any threads that relate to your question then, you can create a new one, click on the blue new topic button give your post a title and ask your question giving as much detailed information as you can including model numbers, etc. Once happy click on the blue Post button to submit your question.

There is a links to a FAQ in an earlier post which includes other topics on how to use this forum that might be of additional help to you.

Hello from Windy Mills.  I have a problem that I would like to pose. Do I do this in this message or do I start a new thread. Thanks

Hi,
Perhaps try searching for a similar topic first, you never know someone may have had a similar problem and was able to acquire a solution.

Failing that then yes just start a new thread in the section that you feel best matches your product and if possible kindly add model numbers, etc.

This is the last time I buy a Sony product - it took 27 minutes to find information and fill in a simple product registration! This is unacceptable this day and age.

Hi,

I am Mike from England computer programmer since1979

GTK-X1BT Speakers owner as from today, trying to post a new thread how to connect my PS4 to them?

Canot find the New Topic or New thread links in Audio?

PS4 reports "No profile for PS4" erm it's made by Sony and so are the speakers.

They are very cool when using an iphone or android app called SongPal ... very cool!

Now to get them to talk to their own factory made stuff..... I wait!

See you all in the forums...
