MHC-EC691 not working

the cd player skips a couple of times and then just stops playing. i've already tried a cd cleaner, but to no effect.

Is your MHC-EC691 still within warranty.?

If so then I suggest contacting your retailer..

If not then either contact Sony support or take your MHC-EC691 to your local repair specialist to see if they can give you a quote for a repair..
