i have a Sony cmt 700 hi fi which I have connected to my house WiFi. I also have an iPhone 6 which is also connected to my house WiFi but I can’t seem to be able to play music through the hifi from my iPhone. The hi fi doesn’t have blue tooth. Any ideas on how I can play music on my hifi from my iPhone?
You need to find an App that makes the iPhone become a DLNA server. In this way, however, you can choose the music from the CMT, to send it from the iPhone... It always depends on the functionality of the App...
Hi Thanks for the advice. I’ve tried a few apps that are recommend as good to help like this but none seem to be able to detect the hi fi. The home networking on the hi fi continues to say no sever also. Any ideas?
