HT-Xt3 Wireless Surround and Stereo

Dear Sony,

For last several months, I have been unsuccesfully trying to couple my Xt3 soundbar with Zr7 speakers.

I understand there is a firmware limitation on XT3 that prevents this - when are you planning to provide an update resolving this issue?

Tell me about it, crazy Sony decision, I have 2 wireless speakers from Sony and ht- xt3 soundbase, great for music over wifi, but not for movies

Hi all. I have the same problem and now, one year later it's still extremely troubling... Still no update and no news. I got the message from Sony that they a critical mass of customers to demand the festure to think about implementing it...

Do you think there is anything we could do hacking the ht-xt3 to support wireless surround? Maybe use (pieces of) firmware from the xt2 or something?
