Projector VPL-CH370

We use our projector in our building and also take it to other locations.  Sometimes it does not come on at all, the On/Standby light flashes green then goes to red. 

The next day when I try it again it comes on no problem and connects to computer in split second. 

Of course this is really annoying because I give lectures and have to have reliable technology.  Frustrating/embarrassing with 60+ people sitting there waiting and you cannot get projector to fire up.

Any ideas why this happens intermittently?
