Flash Problem

hello. i bought a new xperia L but why i can't turn on the flash when i touch into the flash icon in camera apps??

yes. this is the picture. i'm use xperia L,android 4.1.2 build number 150.0.A.1.31
you look at the flash icon. it does't shine like the other icon. when i touch to on the flash,it doesn't respond. what the problem??

Try to reset your Camera Settings. Goto Settings > Apps > Camera > Clear Cache and Clear Data. If it doesn't work try to factory rest your phone.

Hello brother Flash will not work when HDR mode is ON. That's not a problem .Turn off  HDR mode then you can access the flash setting.OK

Same here. I've had the phone since June and my flash has stopped working, both in camera and apps.

you have to turn off the HDR.
