Could I please get help on how to forward messages received on my phone to other recipients?

I have browsed through user support and user's guide on the Xperia X10, but could not find anything to guide me! Could someone please advice on how to forward either SMS or MMS messages received to other recipients?

long press on the message, a selection will pop up for you to select and there is a "FORWARD".  Enjoy!
