Browser crashes

HI all

My 3 week old KDL42W705B has started crashing when using browser!

Any ideas, I know I could try reset but then that is annoying if you have to keep signing into all your programs.

Maybe these smart tvs are not so smart!

Hi there

The TV is not designed to do heavy web browsing.  If you are going to web pages that have lots of pictures/vids etc, the TV does not have enough internal memory to 'buffer' all this and hence will crash.

The browser is primarily to be used for basic stuff.

In the mean time, goto the settings of the browser, clear cache/history/cookies etc and see if that helps.
