Hi. 

So I’m struggling between these 2 and Currys can’t seem to help me. 

I know the price is a little different but what else. And what’s the best. 

When I look at the specs online it says that the 

8396 motion rate is 50 HZ compared to the 8596 100HZ. But another site says that 8396 is actual 400HZ. 

Can anyobe please clarify. And help me out.

Do not exchange Motionflow frequency (that is after software interpolation) with the actual refresh frequency of the panel (50Hz for Xe83 and 100Hz for Xe85). As a rule of thumb the higher the number of the model the higher the specs (i.e. XE70<XE80<XE83<XE85<XE90<XE93)
