Sony TV Main Board 1-873-477-12

Greetings All !

I am trying to find a new Sony main board : 1-873-477-12 for Sony TV Model : KDL 40S 3000 .Googling brought

up this board under Model KDL 32 S 3000 . Is this board model specific or able to work on both models ? If so

where can I purchase a new one as all seen are used. Thanks for any imput .

Just to be clear - Sony wouldn't encourage or endorse users to carry out their own repairs to their devices. We don't want consumers endangering themselves or others by carrying out repairs without certified training, experience etc etc.

I guess you have some knowledge of the inner workings as you have successfully identified the part you require, you may be able to source the part you require from a Sony Authorised repair specialist or possibly a local TV repair specialist in your area..
