KSA Model
As I surf through the net looking for similar symptoms of my TV . One guy have said it is effected by the 4k input TV box connected to it. And I think he is right as I try changing the aspect from my Dreammax TV Box. It seems the box take control over the TV screen settings. With two positions, Auto and Full.

Hi Keyman_1388,
I'll see if I can track down an answer. Maybe someone else in the community has an idea in the meantime.
Thanks,
Pascale

Hi Keyman,
I can see that this is a US model, have you tried contacting Sony support US?

Hi Keyman,
It's true that not all picture settings can be adjusted when using external inputs and the available settings differ depending on the device you're using. Judging by that, what you're experiencing is probably normal.
