I bought a laptop end of September, and is came with a factory porblem, it had to be send to Sony the same day that I received, and 2 other times for the same issue. I Called sony several times, all with different excuses. Todays is been more than 77 days that I have no laptop or money. I received an email from sony twon and a half weeks ago saying that they would refund me and it would take 7 to 10 days, 16 days after and I still have no money. Emails sent to sony are not being answer. Called customer service that advise me that sony will email me TOMORROW. Not necessary with the solution, but I'll have and answer. I paid inumerous phone calls the customer service, I beg for a replacement or refund. Christmas is coming and I still dont have my resolution. Customer service is very poor.
