Hi guys, I recently bought used the above e-reader and while it works fine and I have registered with Sony it still tells me “This device is un authorized for Adobe DRM content.”
I get a similar message when I click on 'About' on the Reader Software installed on the PC. I have gone thru the FAQs to no avail and not sure what else to do!
The users guide tells me to Click “eBook Store” in the Source view.
The View area is switched to the Store view.
Follow the store instructions.
What instructions???
Enter your Adobe ID by following the on-screen
instructions.(?) If you do not have an Adobe ID, create it by
following the on-screen instructions, (?) or refer to Sony support
web sites.
I've also update to the latest Reader software to no avail!! Help!
